Waiter/Waitress & Host – Ache Atalaia (Commercial Bar in Bairro Alto)

Lisbon – Bairro Alto / Rua da Atalaia
Work Schedule:
Full-time – Night shifts (rotating)
Start between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. / Finish at 2 a.m. (Fridays & Saturdays until 3 a.m.)
One day off per week, and two days off every other week
Job Description:
Ache Atalaia is a lively commercial bar located in the heart of Bairro Alto — with great music, karaoke, cocktails, and a friendly Latin team that brings the energy every night.
We're looking for people between 18 and 35 years old, outgoing, positive, and full of energy — someone who enjoys music, people, and a fun atmosphere.
Your tasks will include:
* Serving tables with friendliness and energy
* Hosting at the door: inviting and welcoming customers
* Supporting karaoke and keeping the party alive inside the bar
* Helping behind the bar: learning about cocktails and assisting in drink preparation
* Being part of a dynamic, family-like team that keeps the good vibes going
No previous experience required — only positive energy, proactivity, and willingness to learn
