Job Summary
Analyze and advise clients on how to set up, optimize and organize effectiveness into their SSC/GBS/GCC centers (Retained, Outsourced, Captive, Partially Captive or Hybrid models) leveraging transformation methodologies and assets through application of Business Excellence and Business Transformation practices towards the improvement of key performance metrics.
Support activities leading to define opportunities to create tangible value for the client by being involved in current state assessments and identifying opportunities to increase the business function's efficiency through processes or models that address the issue (s) and developing the business case and transformation journey plan (s) to achieve the right value led outcomes for the client.
