As a Production Coordinator, you play a vital role in ensuring seamless production operations.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze raw material and sub-assembly stock levels to guarantee efficient production flow. You will export SAP reports and compare them with production orders to assess component availability.
To achieve this, you will need to plan and prepare the production schedule using SAP, acting as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and production organization.
You will execute production plans and schedules for each department and operation, aligned with manufacturing goals. Additionally, you will adjust the production plan in response to day-to-day variables such as quality issues or material delivery delays.
Another key aspect of your role will be to coordinate material supply flow with other planners according to their respective areas of responsibility.
You will also manage inventory levels in accordance with defined targets and optimize production lines by considering various product models, line interventions, and production requirements.
To guarantee customer satisfaction, you will ensure timely delivery deadlines are met (On Time Delivery – OTD).
You will be responsible for preparing the weekly Master Production Plan and ensuring monthly production targets are met as defined in SIOP (%). Furthermore, you will contribute to developing a culture characterized by good professional ethics and involvement in the process among employees.
You will be expected to comply with environmental, health and safety, quality and productivity standards.
A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Industrial Management (or a related field) is required, along with minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics-related role.
