We are seeking dynamic, people-driven professional to join our High-Octane Booking Department. This role is the heartbeat of our high-end service provider business, ensuring that every client interaction is seamless, personalized, and infused with the excellence our brand represents.

Key Responsibilities
* Client Booking Management: Handle all client bookings from inquiry to confirmation, ensuring a smooth and personalized process.
* Relationship Building: Deliver warm, professional, and proactive service at every interaction, creating memorable client experiences.
* High-End Service Standards: Maintain the highest levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in line with luxury industry expectations.
* Coordination & Logistics: Liaise with fleet management, drivers/hosts, and external partners to guarantee flawless execution of bookings.
* Problem-Solving Under Pressure: Anticipate potential challenges and resolve them swiftly to uphold service excellence.
* CRM & Systems Management: Use booking platforms and CRM tools to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
* Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client experiences through tailored service recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualities
* Passion for people handling and client satisfaction.
* Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations.
* Experience in hospitality, concierge services, luxury travel, or a high-end customer service environment.
* Tech-savvy with booking platforms, CRMs, and digital communication tools. (Training is provided).
* Multilingual abilities (English and Portuguese are a must, other languages are a bonus).
