Remote German-Speaking Customer Care (Rental Cars)
Join a well-known Rental Car Company project as a Customer Service Representative and assist customers with their inquiries in a dynamic environment!
Location: Remote from mainland Portugal
Start Date: May 15, 2025
Contract Type: Permanent (with a 3-month trial period)
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding rental services
* Resolve inquiries related to reservations, billing, and policies
* Provide outstanding customer support and ensure customer satisfaction
Working Hours:
40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, following rotational shifts:
* Monday to Friday: rotational shifts between 07:00 and 20:00
* Saturday: 08:00 to 16:00
* Sunday: 08:00 to 17:00
Two rotational days off per week.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German (C2 level or above), written and spoken
* Good command of English (B2 level or above), written and spoken
* Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills and quick learner
* Availability for rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Must be based in mainland Portugal outside Lisbon Metropolitan area (no relocation assistance; if relocation is needed, please mention it separately for potential different roles)

Salary & Benefits:
* Paid training period
* Additional pay for Sundays and public holidays
* Performance Bonus: EUR 120/month
* Complexity Bonus: EUR 30/month
* Meal Allowance: EUR 7.23/day (approx. EUR 159/month), paid via meal card
