We're Hiring: Services Deal Support & Contracting Specialist – EMEA Core Team
Key tasks
Manage and prioritize support requests to ensure efficient deal processing.
Set up deals and quotes in SAP Harmony, initiate approvals, and send documents for e-signature.
Serve as an expert in Premium and Professional Services contracts, ensuring compliance and assisting with automated and custom contract creation.
Collaborate with stakeholders (Commercial, Legal, Finance, etc.) to facilitate approvals and processes.
Lead projects to automate and standardize contract creation, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency regionally and globally.
Experience required
Proven experience in Sales Support, Deal Desk, or Commercial Contracting
Deep understanding of corporate business practices and compliance
Assertive, organized, and capable of managing multiple deals under pressure
Excellent communication skills — you explain complex issues clearly and confidently
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
