The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent leadership and team management skills, and experience with project management methodologies such as PMP, Agile, and Scrum.

Requirements
* Education: Degree in Engineering or related field.
* Technical Skills: Leadership and team management, project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum), project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
* Experience: Proven experience leading technical project teams.
* Languages: English.
* Soft Skills: Strong planning, rigor, proactivity, and leadership.
