- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of financial markets and instruments (Equities, Futures, Options) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes (nice to have).
- Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Python, Perl, PHP) is a plus.
- More than 3 years of experience.

- Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents.
- Ensure the stability and performance of servers, networks, and databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues.
- Perform troubleshooting in Windows and Linux environments.
- Support system improvements and optimization initiatives.
- Document incidents and procedures following best practices (e.G., ITIL).
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
