Tasks
- Administer and maintain Microsoft and Linux environments (both client and server).
- Manage and support Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, DHCP, and DNS servers.
- Develop and maintain scripting and automation tools to optimize system operations.
- Monitor and manage cloud-based environments.
- Maintain and support virtualization infrastructure (preferably VMware).
- Ensure high availability and performance of systems and services.
- Monitor system performance, logs, alerts, and observability tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system improvements and incident resolution.
- Stay informed and apply best practices in cybersecurity.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Be available to travel within the country when necessary.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Microsoft and Linux system administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP, and DNS.
- Solid scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, preferably VMware.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal (soft) skills.
- Availability to travel within the country when required.
