Your contribution to something big:
* Ensure monitoring and continuous improvement of safety and environmental management systems according to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and EMAS standards;
* Develop and implement improvement programs to enhance safety and environmental performance across the organization;
* Monitor and ensure adherence to legal requirements related to environment and safety;
* Identify chemical hazards and risks in activities developed by Bosch;
* Support and oversee innovation projects focused on environmental safety;
* Implement and define waste reduction projects based on circular economy concepts;
* Cooperate to define the sustainability strategy.
What distinguishes you:
Education:
* Higher education in Environmental Engineering or a related field;
* CAP of Senior Occupational Safety and Health Technician (mandatory).
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial setting, with a focus on both safety and environmental management;
* Experience in implementing, maintaining, and improving management systems according to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and EMAS standards.
Know-how:
* Solid knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards related to occupational safety, health, and the environment, with qualifications in the required diplomas;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and digital management systems.
Languages:
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.

* Ability to organize work independently and methodically;
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
* Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset;
