Your new role
As an IT Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the internal Information Systems landscape. You will oversee the evolution of corporate applications, ensure their reliability, and support the organisation’s digital transformation roadmap. Acting as a central link between business teams, IT, and external technology partners, you will guide the development of internal tools, lead acceptance testing activities, and ensure applications consistently meet operational needs.
Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate IT application projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Conduct and validate functional and user acceptance tests, guaranteeing solution quality.
Maintain, support, and enhance corporate applications to meet evolving business requirements.
Serve as the main liaison between business units, IT teams, and technology vendors.
Design and develop internal systems and tools supporting operational efficiency.
Identify automation and optimisation opportunities across processes.
Support integrations and monitor the performance of technological solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar technical field.
At least 5 years of experience in application management, business applications, or IT systems roles.
Strong experience in IT project coordination and functional testing.
Solid background in senior application support and internal tool development.
Skilled in liaising with business stakeholders and external technology partners.
Knowledge of SQL programming and analytical thinking.
A self-driven, solution-oriented professional with excellent organisational and communication skills.
