The Portugal Private Credit Center of Expertise team forms part of the wider Loan Solutions team within the Alternative Investors (AI) client line, working in collaboration with the Private Capital teamsLoan Solutions is engaged in the delivery of product and solutions to asset manager and asset owner clients investing in Private Credit (corporate loans), Infrastructure Debt and Real Estate Debt.
The team purpose is the delivery of client solutions and services designed specifically for General Partners investing in private assets, direct loans and broadly syndicated loans in particularThe main services delivered by the Portugal Private Credit Center of Expertise team are:Loan AdministrationCollateral AdministrationMiddle office servicesDepositary function (ownership verification and record keeping)Loan Trade Closing – where relevantPrimary focus is the AI client line and client segment, however the team's coverage also encompasses service delivery for Asset Owners, traditional Asset Managers investing into Private Credit asset classes, and BNPP CIB Global Markets
Your Main Activities Are
Design & drive Loan Solutions industrial transformation, steering the Loan Solutions change & transformation book of work as well as the key new technology enablersLead the transformation of the Loan Solutions model working closely with the Private Capital and Liquid Alternatives teams in order to fully integrate the solution model for the clientsSteer the operational efficiency strategy & initiatives of Loan Solutions, leveraging a responsibility over the IOCs dedicated teams (e.g.
LS Change Management)Work as part of the Global Alternative Investors team to drive and to deliver the core product and solutions strategy of the Loan SolutionsImprove efficiency by leveraging on digitalisation and industrialisation of the business delivery model
Profile And Skills To Success
Master's Degree in Business Management or Information Technology and Computer ScienceFrom 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Project Management and ConsultingFluent (C1–C2) level of EnglishClient focusedAttention to detail/rigorAbility to manage a projectAbility to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, trainingAbility to understand, explain and support changeKnowledge of BNP Paribas Organization and StrategySkills in Office pack (namely Excel and Powerpoint)
