You will support customers through calls, chat, and email.
* Initial training to familiarize you with our systems and processes, supported by team leaders
* Providing support, solutions, and timely responses to inquiries
* Communicating daily in Hungarian
* Receiving ongoing support from your team leader and colleagues
* Working at our office in Porto

* Advanced spoken and written Hungarian skills (C1 level)
