BIM Coordinator Job Summary
The BIM Coordinator is responsible for managing and resolving clashes and coordination issues between disciplines.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate the management of clashes and coordination issues between multiple teams.
* Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules in accordance with project plans.
* Deliver high-quality 2D and 3D co-ordination milestones on time.
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate complex installations.
* Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years' experience working on large-scale projects, with a focus on MEP systems.
* Proficiency in Revit software, with experience of producing detailed models.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD and Navisworks software.
* Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills.
* A relevant degree in engineering or a related field.
