The role:
We are looking for a Finance & Operations Manager with a strong hands-on profile to oversee finance, treasury, administrative, and people operations. This is a central role, working closely with the board, ensuring financial control, cash-flow visibility, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations as the company scales.
Main responsibilities:
• Treasury and banking management, cash-flow planning, and liquidity control.
• Management control, budgeting support, and financial reporting.
• Accounting support, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and payment flows.
• Liaison with banks, accountants, auditors.
• Contract management, documentation, and internal administrative processes.
• HR support: onboarding, documentation, system access, and payroll inputs.
• General operational and administrative support across the business.
Who you are:
• Finance, rigor, and numbers are in your DNA (mandatory)
• +3 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or operations.
• Strong understanding of cash-flow and financial operations.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlines.
• Pragmatic, hands-on, and comfortable in a broad role.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with accounting or ERP systems
