Your RoleWe are looking for aSenior AI Technical Managerto join our teams in Lisbon.
Lead AI projects end-to-end technically, from ideation to delivery;
Supportthe definition and evolution of Capgemini Portugal's AI offering;
Identify opportunities for AI application in clients and participate in pre-sales initiatives;
Act as a technical reference for the team, promoting best practices and mentoring;
Interact withinternal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic and technical alignment;
Workwith traditional AI technologies (ML, NLP, CV, etc.) and solutions from major hyperscalers: Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
Your ProfileMinimum of 5 years of experience in AI projects, with a strong technical and leadership component;
Proficiency in AI architectures and solutions, including MLOps, data pipelines, ML models, and integration with cloud platforms;
Experience with hyperscaler tools and services (Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.);
Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work in ambiguous environments, and high degree of autonomy;
Strong results orientation and business owner mindset;
Fluencyin Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
