AI & Audiovisual Technology (Part-Time, Remote)

Location: Portugal, Other country in Europe Union

Workload: ~20 hours per week

Start date: End of March / Beginning of April

Travel: Occasional travel to technology and media fairs across Europe

About the company

We are a technology company developing AI-powered SaaS solutions for the audiovisual industry. Our platform automates key workflows for media professionals, combining accessibility services and technical media processing in a modular, scalable way.

The solution allows users to upload audiovisual content and automatically generate accessibility features (such as subtitles, audio descriptions, and transcriptions), as well as prepare and package media assets for delivery to different platforms and distribution channels. It is designed for players across the audiovisual value chain, including producers, distributors, platforms, broadcasters, festivals, and archives.

The role

We are looking for a senior, autonomous Sales / Business Development professional to support our commercial growth. This role is ideal for someone with solid B2B sales experience who is comfortable selling complex, technology-driven solutions and enjoys building long-term relationships.

You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, building and managing leads, and closing deals, working remotely and representing the company at selected European industry events and fairs.

Key responsibilities

* Prospect and identify new B2B business opportunities
* Build, qualify, and manage a structured sales pipeline
* Actively sell AI-based audiovisual technology solutions
* Prepare and send sales newsletters and outreach campaigns
* Represent the company at technology, media, and innovation fairs in Europe
* Network with industry professionals and decision-makers
* Translate technical product features into clear business value for clients
* Act as a reliable and professional point of contact for prospects and partners

Requirements

* Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
* Perfect English (spoken and written) — mandatory
* German is a strong plus
* Experience selling technology, SaaS, or digital products
* Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
* High level of autonomy, structure, and self-motivation
* Comfortable working remotely and independently
* Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe

Nice to have

* Experience in AI, video technology, media platforms, or audiovisual workflows
* Existing network in media, streaming, or technology sectors
* Experience attending or exhibiting at trade fairs or conferences

Compensation

* Base salary: €1,000 – €1,500 gross per month (20h/week)

Pay: 1,000.00€ - 1,500.00€ per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
