Your contribution to something big:
* Manage a team of cost accounting controllers;
* Execute and coordinate SAP Cost Accounting Tasks (SAP CO, BW) during month-end closing and business planning;
* Implement divisional cost accounting standards in SAP CO and BW;
* Coordinate reporting processes and perform financial analysis of business transactions in SAP;
* Develop specialist concepts for plant and public cost controlling, considering the requirements of the business unit and in cooperation with other units;
* Participate proactively in developing solutions for controlling and reporting needs in SAP CO and BI systems;
* Lead active change management during the implementation of concepts and process changes;
* Conduct key user training;
* Collaborate on the group-wide implementation of SAP S/4HANA in the BT division;
* Continuously optimize and automate controlling processes.
Qualifications
* Degree in economics, management, accounting, or a related field;
* At least 5 years of professional controlling experience in a manufacturing company, with a focus on SAP controlling process design and implementation;
* Strong analytical skills, resilience, and result orientation;
* Excellent team and communication skills;
* High IT affinity, with very good knowledge of SAP ERP 6.0, including SAP CO, and ideally SAP MM, PP, and S/4HANA;
* Knowledge of BI systems such as SAP BW or IBM Planning Analytics is advantageous;
* Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel; fluent in English;
* Team-oriented, dynamic, proactive, responsible, with strong analytical abilities;
* Excellent communication skills.
