Job Description
A Detail-oriented and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with 5 to 10 years of expertise in implementing and supporting Compensation Management solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors Suite is sought after to configure complex compensation plans, including merit, bonus, and long-term incentive programs, while ensuring global compliance and business alignment.
The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, compensation, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions that drive pay-for-performance strategies.
