Job Title: Event Management Platform Specialist
We are a dynamic company based in Portugal that specializes in event management and venue operations. To support our expansion, we are implementing a cutting-edge platform to streamline our processes and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support business teams in their daily use of the system and respond quickly to functional queries.
* Configure and parameterize the platform according to operational requirements without custom development.
* Translate event managers' needs into concrete system settings and workflows.
* Manage system functionalities including layouts, custom fields, business rules, and permissions.
* Ensure consistency and coherence of configurations across the organization.
* Collaborate with the IT team on technical or structural issues.
* Deliver training sessions and build user competence within the organization.
Requirements:
* Proven expertise with Event Management Platforms (EMPs), ideally in implementation, configuration, and daily operations.
* Strong understanding of event, venue, and operations management workflows (e.g., functions, service requests, work orders).
* Ability to interpret operational requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
* Knowledge of advanced system features (layouts, custom fields, rules, permissions).
* Excellent communication skills with both technical and operational teams.
* Structured thinking, autonomy, and strong problem-solving orientation.
* Proficiency in English is required, but Portuguese is not necessary.
