What you'll do:
* Monitor transactions to detect suspicious behavior.
* Use tools and reports to identify potential fraud cases.
* Investigate incidents and document findings thoroughly.
* Analyze losses to support prevention strategies.
* E nsure internal controls and regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate with teams like Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service.
Your qualifications
* Fluent Spanish (C1) and English (B2)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in e-commerce fraud or customer service;
* Experience in fraud investigations is a strong plus.
