As a Hard Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical and operational aspects of critical infrastructure systems across data centers, offices, and retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure seamless system operation.
* Monitor performance indicators for system availability and reliability, making data-driven decisions to optimize maintenance costs and enhance energy efficiency.
* Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting of incidents or system failures, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
Critical Equipment Oversight:
* Ensure the proper functioning of Power Systems, HVAC Systems, Fire Suppression Systems, Electronic Safety and Security Systems, and other critical hard infrastructure, performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks as needed.
* Manage contracts with third-party maintenance providers, ensuring technical service compliance and implementing process improvements to optimize costs.
Planning & Continuous Improvement:
* Design and implement process improvements that optimize maintenance costs and enhance energy efficiency, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
* Support infrastructure upgrade projects, retrofits, or expansions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Team Leadership:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technical maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and technical excellence.
* Ensure training and upskilling programs are in place for safety, compliance, and technical expertise, empowering team members to succeed in their roles.
