Essential FunctionsDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure quality of software products
Identify, document, and track software defects
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
Conduct functional, regression, API, integration, security, performance, and contract testing as needed
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for UI, API, and AI/ML solutions

Good understanding of AI concepts and technologies, e.G., LangSmith, LangGraph, OpenAI
Knowledge of performance and security testing
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Strong knowledge of Jira, Xray, Gitlab CI, Jenkins
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in leading or mentoring a team of testers
