Job Overview
The Sales Leadership position leads the sales team, overseeing bookings across various segments. The leader provides day-to-day guidance and leverages above-property sales channels to drive revenue growth.
* Develop and execute segment strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Drive proactive and reactive sales activities across luxury travel, groups & social events, wellness, sports, leisure sales, consortia, and TMCs.
* Collaborate with global sales organizations and participate in sales missions, roadshows, and hosted events.
* Identify and activate seasonal campaigns and on-brand promotions.
* Manage a sales portfolio and achieve personal revenue and conversion goals.
* Contribute to strategic pricing and rate loading discussions with Revenue Management.
* Recommend booking targets and KPIs for the sales team and track performance.
* Review market data and trends to recommend new opportunities and account prioritization.
* Drive accurate monthly forecasts and focus on exceeding budgeted goals.
