Transport & Logistics Expert – Business and Investment Climate Reforms NTU International is preparing a proposal for the GIZ Global Gateway Investment Climate Reform (ICR) Facility, which supports partner countries in improving business environments and unlocking sustainable private investment.
The Facility delivers demand-driven technical assistance to governments and stakeholders to design and implement investment climate reforms and promote inclusive economic growth.
We are creating a pool of Transport & Logistics Experts for this project.

Key Responsibilities Support reforms in transport and logistics systems Identify infrastructure and regulatory bottlenecks Advise on policies improving trade corridors and connectivity Contribute to investment-related transport strategies Requirements Education Master's degree in transport, logistics, economics, or related field General Professional Experience Minimum 9 years of experience providing economic policy advice to governments Specific Professional Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in business and investment climate reforms Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transport and logistics Development Cooperation Experience Minimum 5 years in development cooperation projects Languages English (C1 mandatory) Knowledge of French or Spanish (C1) Inclusion Inclusion in the expert pool does not guarantee immediate assignment but provides access to project opportunities as they become available.
