Location: Sines, Portugal OR Azores
Salary: Negotiable and strong package including accommodation if required | Permanent
A leading European General Contractor delivering major data centre projects is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee electrical installation and delivery on hyperscale sites. This role will suit a construction professional with deep technical knowledge, strong site leadership, and a proven ability to drive quality, safety, and schedule performance.
Responsibilities
You will manage all electrical installation activities across MV, LV, and associated systems, ensuring all works are delivered to the highest safety and quality standards. The role includes full oversight of subcontractor performance, labour planning, progress reporting, and alignment of all electrical activities with the overall project schedule.

The Electrical Construction Manager will attend and contribute to all site-based coordination meetings, ensuring technical issues, risks, and delays are highlighted early. You will support project handover activities including O&M documentation, snag resolution, final account preparation, and safety file completion.
