Key Responsibilities
* Develop and continuously improve IT service management systems based on best practices.
* Improve process quality using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Support and advise business units in Enterprise Service Management environments.
* Ensure optimal support of processes through applications.
* Train users on processes and applications.
* Closely collaborate with other process owners to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
* Completed studies in economics, business informatics, or computer science, or equivalent education with experience in service management.
* In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes.
* Certification in ITIL or other frameworks is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with applications, systems, and technologies.
* A 'hands-on' mentality, strong communication skills, and independence.
* Proficiency in English.
