As part of the acceleration of our European nearshore model, we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Portugal, eager to grow in an international and performance-driven environment.
Your Mission
You are not just screening CVs.
You are helping secure the Group's future delivery capacity across Europe.
Working closely with Senior Recruiters, Business Unit Directors, and Sales teams, you will contribute to building and scaling our nearshore talent pipeline to support our European entities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the full IT recruitment lifecycle for local and international business needs
Source and identify technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sourcing
Build and maintain active talent pipelines
Pre-qualify candidates and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
Track recruitment KPIs and support process optimization
Contribute to employer branding initiatives in Portugal
Profile
1–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment is a strong plus)
Strong interest in technology and digital roles (Engineering, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, QA)
Professional English required
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Results-driven mindset and strong communication skills
Curious, autonomous, and motivated to grow in an international context
