Proven experience in engineering leadership or domain-specific consulting.
Deep expertise in relevant technologies, platforms, and methodologies.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in mentoring and capability development.
Ability to work in a matrixed, multi-disciplinary environment.
