Job Title: B2B Sales Manager
About the Role
We're looking for a skilled B2B Sales Manager to develop and execute a strategic sales plan that attracts new business clients, fosters long-term relationships, and optimizes our B2B offerings.
Your contributions will be central to identifying and securing high-value partnerships, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and attract web3, blockchain, and crypto companies that could benefit from advertising on our news media platform.
* Generate leads by researching potential Web3 clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects.
* Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for our Web3 clients.
* Provide regular reports on lead status and sales progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using our CRM system, HubSpot.
* Conduct research on market product offerings, industry trends, technologies, and best practices to effectively position our offerings in the market and stay ahead of competitor activities.
Requirements
* Proven track record of closing large paid media deals and generating recurring revenue in the crypto marketing space.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales.
* Strong network and relationships in the web3 space.
* Native English speaker.
* Experience working with average deal sizes over $15,000 or more in B2B Sales in the Marketing Space (preferably $30,000 or more).
* An average SQL close rate greater than 35%.
* Experience in Marketing Agencies, particularly crypto marketing agencies, is a plus.
