UX Analyst
combines research and design skills to understand end-user needs and presents solutions and designs users want to use; creates sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, user flow diagrams and customer journeys; surveys, observes, and interviews potential users before the solution is created; evaluates early solution concepts to identify strengths, weaknesses, precedents and potential, and tests out these concepts with users throughout the development process; handles usability testing before and after production; ensures end-user satisfaction while keeping business goals in mind

Minimum Post-secondary Education and Experience in ICT
At least 4 years of studies attested by a diploma, and a minimum of 6 years post-secondary professional experience.
