Job Summary
This role involves analyzing business processes and user needs to develop functional specifications for IT systems.
* Analyze business processes, document user needs, and system requirements in an ERP systems background.
* Bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
* Identify improvements to ERP workflows to support project goals and objectives.
* Assist in testing, training, and documentation processes for effective implementation and delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business/functional analysis.
* Proficiency in modeling languages like UML and BPMN.
* Experience preparing functional specifications and structured documentation.
* Familiarity with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
* Fluent in Portuguese. English is a plus.
