We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Recruiter
to support our recruitment processes from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Principais responsabilidades
Assist in the full recruitment cycle for entry-level and mid-level roles.
Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company channels.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide timely communication and follow-up to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding activities and recruitment marketing.
Assist in organizing job fairs, career events, and campus recruiting initiatives.
Ensure a positive experience for all applicants.
Perfil desejado
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Willingness to learn recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
Internship or 6+ months of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and best practices.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
