For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
6. At least 7 years of experience as Delivery Manager
7. Previous experience with deliveries in SAP projects
8. Strong experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies
9. Previous experience with mentorship
10. Experience with PMP/PRINCE2 (nice to have)
11. Fluency in English (B2) / German (B2) plus
12. Availability for remote work in Portugal (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit)
