The company was founded in 2007 and is operating from Washington/DC, Frankfurt/Germany, and Lisbon/Portugal metropolitan areas.
We are seeking a Business Development Assistant/Officer to join our BD team and support our team of economists in our growing business.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS • Search procurement websites to identify new business opportunities
• Support with the development, production, and submission of proposals, ensuring adherence to proposal timelines and requirements
• Maintain internal business development databases
• Search for and contact potential technical experts and suppliers
• Prepare vendor contracts and work orders for external suppliers
• Maintain and update internal database of consultants
• Maintain and update database of external technical experts and subcontractors
• Create and maintain BD resources such as project descriptions and past performance references, update CV's and other documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or similar field; Master's Degree would be a plus
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while being attentive to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive team player
