Now, we need a sales pioneer to turn that buzz into revenue and design the engine that will scale it.The RoleDesign and own the outbound motion.
Define our ICP (product managers, Heads of Product, founder-led teams), craft value-led messaging, and build multi-channel cadences (LinkedIn, e-mail, communities).Generate and qualify pipeline.
Use a mix of clever prospecting, warm introductions and creative campaigns to secure high-intent conversations.Run demos that educate and persuade.
Showcase Squad's "idea to strategy" experience, uncover pain points and map ROI.Close deals independently.
Negotiate commercials, handle objections and drive signatures – you carry the monthly revenue number.Build the playbook.
Document talk tracks, objection handles, metrics and tooling so the next hire can slot in and accelerate.Be the face of Squad.
Replicate us in founder Slack groups, Product-Led communities, and relevant events, feeding market insights straight back to the product.Requirements3-5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, owning prospecting and closing.Proven success selling to technical or product-led buyers (PMs, Founder/CEOs, Solo builders).Confident storyteller able to translate abstract product strategy pain into clear monetary value.Comfortable building from zero – you love blank-sheet autonomy and iterate quickly on data.Fluent in English (written & spoken).
You write crisp, personalised outreach and handle consultative calls with ease.Familiar with modern sales tooling (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and happy to adopt new AI workflows.Resilient, self-organised and energised by start-up pace.
You own your number and your calendar.Nice-to-HavesDomain knowledge of AI or product management.Experience selling to European or US markets.Prior "founding AE" or first-sales-hire experience.What Success Looks LikePipeline:
Your first 10 paid customers closed (a mix of start-ups and solo founders) by the end of month 3.Process:
