Job Description We are now looking for a Supplier Financial Analyst for our Airbus GBS team. The Supplier Financial Analysis team is a key enabler for Airbus to understand the financial health of its supply chain, identify risks and vulnerabilities at the earliest stage possible and pro‐actively propose & support mitigation risk actions. The Team acts as a business partner for the Procurement Community where we bring financial expertise and awareness.Overview Being able to understand the financial solidity and resilience of our suppliers is key in order to strengthen our supply chain and achieve our production targets.ResponsibilitiesAct as a Portfolio Risk Manager, supporting the Team in monitoring the financial health of Airbus' suppliers across various areas of the supply chain.Conduct financial analysis based on past performance (horizontal/vertical ratio analysis) and future performance (building simulations and scenario analysis).Contribute & support the Procurement Teams in the Suppliers Financial Risk Committee preparation: providing financial inputs to dossier preparation, building scenarios, and identifying and assessing de‐risking strategies.Assist Procurement Teams in crisis management, Request For Proposal selection, Merger & Acquisition activities, and strategic initiatives.Contribute to increase financial awareness outside Finance and deliver training to the Procurement Community, focusing on financial metrics and concepts.Deliver financial analysis for both private and listed companies with focus on revenues and business trends, profitability and cost structure, balance sheet health (incl. indebtedness and capital structure), liquidity and cash‐generation performance, peers benchmark analysis.Assess suppliers' investment capacity and build simulations & scenario analysis based on specific information and macro‐trends (e.g., Covid‐crisis impact), work‐package award/removal from Airbus, business combinations, etc.Maintain and develop financial models and analytical tools used by the Team.QualificationsMaster's degree in Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis or related discipline.Good accounting skills and understanding of financial statements.Proficiency in financial modeling.Strong analytical skills.Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong ability to interact and influence stakeholders.Negotiation‐level English proficiency; French is a plus.Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes is a strong plus.Strong stakeholder‐management skills.Proficiency in Google tools and Microsoft Office suite.BenefitsDiverse career opportunities within Airbus European core countries or in other regions around the world.A hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and off‐site work.A modern office, well connected to public transportation.A motivated and fun crew to grow, build, and shape the GBS together.An intense and exciting onboarding experience.Employment Details Company: Airbus Portugal SA Employment Type: Permanent Experience Level: Professional Job Family: Financial ExpertiseCompliance & Ethics This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.Application & EEO Statements By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
