IT Infrastructure Professional
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure environments deployed within our network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively participate in IT projects, focusing on network, systems, and security components;
* Properly identify, debug, and solve technical problems for local and remote sites;
* Provide second-line support for Network, Security, Linux, and Windows Servers;
* Recommend, design, and implement new solutions or procedures to improve the resilience, efficiency, and security of the network;
* Create and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum years of experience in similar roles;
* Strong knowledge of networks and network security;
* Experience in project management and implementation of complex networks.
Technical Skills:
You should possess:
* Strong knowledge of networks and addressing concepts;
* Strong knowledge of Cisco eco-system (Switching, Routing, Identity Services – NAC, Firewalls, Wifi);
* Proven knowledge in network design and implementation;
* Good knowledge of WAN networks and SSL VPN;
* Good knowledge of DNS and DHCP;
* Proven experience conducting IT network and security analysis, troubleshooting and debugging, including the ability to perform root cause analysis;
* Experience managing Linux and Windows Servers, Office and Azure Services.
