Business Development Manager

Cultivate meaningful relationships within the world of luxury hospitality.


Job Description:

Develop and execute sales strategies targeting international and domestic markets to leverage and drive sales.

* Manage relationships with key travel trade partners across multiple segments;
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, and sales missions;
* Organise and host familiarisation trips for travel advisors;
* Monitor performance of accounts and adjust strategies accordingly;
* Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and travel trade campaigns.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in travel trade sales, preferably in luxury hospitality;
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field;
* 3–5 years' experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or travel trade;
* Fluent in English; other languages (Portuguese, French, German) are a plus.
