So, FIP IT Solutions Designer handles the technical solutions of financial interfaces, that feed the main reporting streams (financial, management accounting, liquidity and credit risk).
FIP Lisbon unit operates for the entire Group, especially BDDF, BNL, BPLS, BPSS, CIB, FORTIS, IRB, PF, PI.
FIP Lisbon unit is organized in 3 main teams in charge of the projects according to their functional perimeters:
- FIP Lisbon Capital Markets products
- FIP Lisbon Banking Products
- FIP Lisbon Standards
The profile of FIP IT Solutions Designer is developer analyst and/or tester with IT skills :
- N2 experienced or N3 senior (3 years of overall professional experience in relevant area : banking or accounting or finance areas)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Accounting / Finance
Main Responsibilities:
CONTRIBUTING ON PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Work in cooperation with the FIP project manager in all phases of projects, especially concerning the integration of technical aspects of Finance systems linked to the step of accounting interpretation of financial events.
This collaboration is usual on a daily basis;
Respectthe methodology of project management shared by FIP units;
Contribute tocosting study of projects;
Respectthe projects milestones and the related budget;
Contribute tothe definition of a workaround solution with the project team face to any issue impacting the critical path of the project and its budget;
Produceregular project status to share with FIP project manager and FIP team leader;
Participate to project committees by sharing actions/decisions status under FIP IT Solutions Designer responsibility, taking or coordinating actions linked to FIP IT Solutions Designer perimeter.
PERFORMING PRE STUDY, TECHNICAL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECTS:
Define the macro impacts among the technical architecture and the parametrization of accounting interfaces on the basis of the first global need expressed by FIP project manager in context of a pre study;
Proposea technical architecture based on the functional information considering the interpreters' systems standards principles;
Co-elaborate all necessary flows entering the interpreter's system namely regarding the technical validation of the data needed (features of the lot linked to the file transfer CFT, CRE/CRI business events format, data format, data feeding and technical data);
Document the technical specifications of the technical solution to be set up in the interpreter's system mainly based on AIS/RDJ software from Axway;
Set up/parametrize the technical solution adopted in the different tools (AIS/RDJ, SPITAB tables, etc...);
Contribute tothe testing strategy to ensure the quality of the implementation of the project;
Define the testing scope related to the tests under direct responsibility of FIP IT Solutions Designer;
Executeall test cases following the defined methodology and validate final testing results performing all necessary adjustments;
Define the technical deployment plan and perform all actions or coordination to ensure a successful deployment in production environment;
Controland assume responsibility of the good results in production environment including after care (eventual changes and adjustments).
ENSURING SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE ACTIVITY ON A SCOPE OF ACCOUNTING INTERFACES:
Manage the related requests in project mode according to the priority defined by FIP team leaders.
TESTING.
Technical skills:
Experience of project management;
Knowledge of Axway software "Accounting Integration Suite" (AIS/RDJ) is a plus;
Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting is a plus;
Knowledge of financial Information Systems is a plus;
MS Excel.
