Scrum Master – Braga, Coimbra or Lisbon (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CE3 Architects to design and refine north star and transitional architectures for high-impact C&P programmes and cross-vertical initiatives.
- Ensure formalised architectural decisions that unlock delivery and transformation, supporting near-, mid-, and long-term business goals.
- Engage with central Enterprise Architecture, Cross Platform Architecture, Platform System Architecture, and Implementation engineering teams as relevant for holistic delivery.
- Follow the DRB/ARB processes and apply a multidisciplinary approach, integrating expertise from engineering, experience, and excellence pillars to guarantee seamless, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
- Align capability and journey design with C&P, CPIT, and SAP objectives, avoiding fragmented solutions and delivery risks.
- Support the team as a Scrum Master, facilitate agile ceremonies and client-facing transparency into the delivery.
