Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our customer success initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex software implementation projects, leading high-performing teams, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full implementation lifecycle of new clients, defining project plans, setting milestones, and ensuring quality execution. They will also lead a team of technical consultants, provide strategic guidance, and serve as a senior technical voice in pre-sales and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-Sales & Technical Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored demos, respond to technical inquiries, and co-develop compelling proposals.
* Project & Implementation Leadership: Oversee the full implementation lifecycle for new clients, defining project plans, setting milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality execution.
* Team Leadership: Build, coach, and scale a high-performing Customer Success & Implementation team, cultivating a collaborative and client-first culture.
* Strategic Relationship Management: Be the primary point of contact for key accounts, anticipate client needs, and spot opportunities for product expansion or upsell.
* Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and represent the company at conferences and events, contributing to thought leadership with insights from the field.
