Start your journey with Anova today!Job Requirements & ResponsibilitiesDirectly oversee and coordinate operations personnel and activities through a culture of excellence and focus on SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).Motivate, train and provide support and guidance to buyer / planner, assembly, quality, RMA and shipping / receiving operations ordinate work schedules, staffing requirements, daily work and deliverables to maximize productivity.Support the short and long‐term planning and implementation of operation requirements including capacity, available staffing, and supply chain constraints.Prepare/revise schedules to ensure the assembly and quality of products meets specification and delivery requirements.Develop and document workflows or Standard Operational Procedures (SOP'S) and direct workers to ensure compliance with standards, safety practices, efficiency achievement, adherence to SOP's, and Standard Work practices.Ensure all safety and health standards are met to keep the organization accident‐free.Identify and implement continuous improvement actions to increase productivity, improve lead times and reduce costs. Implement lean and visual manufacturing ideas and concepts with staff and report results.Set continuous improvement and productivity goals for team and measure KPI's.Monitor and actively reduce scrap costs and other expense items affecting department budget.Proactively work to identify issues that may affect the operation and communicate regularly with upper management and key constituents regarding solutions.Assist subordinates in solving work problems associated with operations and processes and driving solutions to address root causes.Manage and drive appropriate inventory levels and maintain inventory llaborate cross‐functionally for NPI projects to ensure a first‐time right approach including Advantages Product Quality Planning (APQP).Drive team development, including performance management, succession planning, and cross‐training initiatives.What you'll need to succeedBachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management or similar fields5+ years relevant experience in manufacturing in an electromechanical production environmentExperience in Logistics and Project ManagementEnglish Language – advanced level (oral and written)Computer skills (Microsoft Office)Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Epicor, SAP preferred)Leadership and team management experienceExperience in Supply Chain Planning, Quality, Logistics, and Project ManagementFamiliarity with ISO 9001 standards and implementation in manufacturing environmentsProven record in training employees on production and safetyEffective supervisory skills to lead, guide, coach, and motivate employeesEffective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to effectively interface and communicate with executive level managementProficient in interpreting complicated drawings and specificationsAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsAbility to travel to Anova operations sites, suppliers, or contract manufacturers to support business needs up to 40% of the timePreferred QualificationsExperience with Lean and Visual Manufacturing and Kaizen activitiesImplementation of WEEE processesPhysical RequirementsAbility to perform typical office tasks, including sitting or standing for extended periods, using a computer, communicating effectively, and occasionally lifting light items.ABOUT ANOVAWe are very proudly "one" Anova — built by integrating the best in IIo T technology and expertise.
