What is Shotgun?
Shotgun is building the operating system for live music.
We empower event organizers, venues, festivals, and artists to grow their communities, monetize their creativity, and shape culture — with tools that make ticketing effortless and distribution powerful.
We're not just another ticketing platform. We are the tech ally of a cultural movement. In an age where, if you don't master technology, technology will own you — we're building the infrastructure to make sure art wins in the end.
Shotgun is already powering the next generation of festivals, clubs, and cultural entrepreneurs across France, Brazil, Portugal, and the US. With €200M+ GMV and millions of fans worldwide, we're just getting started.
The Role
As Shotgun grows, so does our ambition. We're branching out into new territories, inaugurating fresh ventures, and, in the process, assembling new teams. Our pathway to success lies in our analytical rigor and exhaustive exploration of every opportunity.
We're looking for a Junior Account Manager to lead the success of our organizers in Portugal. You will be the main bridge between our clients and our product — guiding them from onboarding to renewal, ensuring they extract maximum value from Shotgun, and supporting their long-term growth.
You will act as both an external advisor and an internal project manager, coordinating across teams to deliver flawless execution, product adoption, and strong ticketing performance.
You are:
* Strategic and structured, but hands-on and execution-driven
* Client-obsessed, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Analytical, data-driven, and able to turn insights into results
* Organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
* Excited to represent Shotgun in Portugal and support the cultural ecosystem
What you will do
As a Junior Account Manager Iberia, you'll be responsible for nurturing a portfolio of organizers (clubs, festivals, collectives, cultural brands). You will:
1. Deliver best-in-class onboarding
* Understand each organizer's needs, priorities, and challenges
* Deliver tailored product walkthroughs and get organizers ready to publish events
* Guide them through Shotgun workflows, best practices, and community tools
* Ensure a frictionless launch and maximize future product adoption
* Educate organizers on internal processes (support, reporting, bug escalation, etc.)
2. Drive organizer success & lifecycle management
* Create tailored lifecycle strategies aligned with the organizer's USP and goals
* Conduct regular business reviews, presenting KPIs, insights, and actions
* Provide strategic advising on pricing, ticketing strategies, communication, and operations
* Maintain strong commitment in non-contractual relationships in mid to long-tail accounts
* Reduce churn and strengthen organizer loyalty over time
3. Lead cross-functional project management
Internal project management
* Compile structured product feedback to support roadmap decisions
* Participate in improving internal processes and workflows
* Lead or contribute to internal initiatives
External project management
* Coordinate with multiple stakeholders during major event releases
* Align organizer needs with internal teams to ensure flawless execution
* Act as the primary operational bridge between Shotgun and the organizers' teams
The job is for you if
* Bring 1+ year of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, or Sales, ideally in a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment
* Are analytical and comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance data
* Have strong organizational and project management skills
* Thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Have excellent communication skills and enjoy building long-lasting client relationships
* Experience in ticketing or live events is a strong plus
* Passionate about live music, culture, and community building — and eager to shape the future of events in Portugal
* Speak Portuguese natively (or at a bilingual level)
* Note to women and underrepresented groups: We value diversity because it's essential for creativity and healthy growth. If you don't meet 100% of the requirements but are excited by this role, please apply
