Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining close communication with customers, monitoring their daily sales and operations, and assisting in enhancing their sales and operational capabilities.
You will manage the pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales customer relationships for new and existing customers, developing and executing strategic plans to expand distribution channels and increase market share.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing monthly sales forecasts, sales plans, delivery, and payment.
In addition, you will participate in annual marketing activities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales and key account management, with a deep understanding of distributors, chain retailers, and dealers;
* Excellent knowledge of retail management;
* Superior oral and written English skills;
* A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills;
* Willingness to travel regularly.
