Find non-bank financial institutions in Africa, Asia, and Latin America that are tired of waiting days for money to clear, paying huge fees to banks, and dealing with terrible service.
Then show them how Unyx fixes this.
You'll handle everything: finding them, building relationships, making deals,
and closing contracts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the full sales cycle with non-bank financial institutions in emerging markets
- Build and manage pipeline of high-value prospects (EMIs, PSPs, MSBs, remittance
companies, crypto exchanges)
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with CFOs, Risk Officers,
and Compliance teams
- Work directly with the CEO and internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Product,
Technology) to close deals
- Generate leads through network intelligence, industry research, and strategic outreach
- Report on market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive intelligence
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of proven experience selling fintech or crypto products to non-bank
financial institutions in emerging markets
- Track record of closing deals with regulated financial institutions (not consumers
or small businesses)
- Perfect written and spoken English
- Deep understanding of cross-border payment challenges in emerging markets
(Africa, Asia, Latin America)
- Independent, highly driven, and self-motivated—able to work autonomously without
constant direction
- Resilient mindset—energized by rejection rather than discouraged by it
- Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience selling into financial institutions in Africa, Southeast Asia, or Latin America
- Familiarity with correspondent banking, SWIFT rails, and stablecoin settlement
- Existing network within the NBFI ecosystem
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (MiCA, FinCEN, FCA, etc.)
