We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager (*) with strong expertise in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and fluency in German, to lead and manage technical teams within a global environment.
What you'll do:
* Lead and coordinate cloud infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality technical delivery.
* Design and implement cloud strategies aligned with business goals.
* Oversee the secure, scalable, and efficient deployment of solutions using AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
* Foster collaboration between local and international technical teams.
* Communicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Continuously evaluate new cloud technologies and vendors to drive innovation and cost optimization.
What you will need to bring:
* Proven experience as an IT Manager in cloud environments.
* Strong technical knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform .
* Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and proficient in English.
* Solid experience in managing distributed teams, with a focus on leadership and communication.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud security, and automation is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
