Customer Success Associate
Your primary role will be to oversee the entire booking process, from initial reservations to check-out and feedback collection.
* Provide exceptional support to guests before, during, and after their stay.
* Serve as a key contact for homeowners, fostering strong relationships.
* Update our website and booking system with accurate information.
* Assist with financial reporting, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
* Support the Sales Manager in daily operations and portfolio growth initiatives.
* Help streamline internal processes to ensure seamless day-to-day activities.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A service-oriented individual with a natural hospitality approach.
* A problem solver with a practical, solution-driven mindset.
* Familiarity with digital tools and ability to maintain online systems (website, CRM, and international platforms).
* Comfortable working with basic financial administration and reporting.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Dutch or German is an asset.
* A junior professional eager to learn and grow within the organization.
* Possession of a valid driver's license.
* Located in Albufeira, with hybrid work options available.
