We're hiring – Junior Project Manager (Service Governance)
We're hiring a Junior Project Manager to join the Governance & Service Management area of a leading organization in the aviation and airport operations sector. In this role, you will support service governance activities end‑to‑end, including the definition and follow‑up of SLAs and KPIs, coordination with internal teams and suppliers, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable and high‑quality service delivery.
Lisbon – Hybrid model (3 days on‑site / 2 remote)

What you will be doing
* Support the definition, monitoring and reporting of
SLAs, KPIs and service performance metrics
* Assist in the end‑to‑end follow‑up of services from an operational and customer perspective
* Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and partners to ensure service commitments are met
* Contribute to service governance frameworks, processes and documentation
* Support financial follow‑up of services, including budget tracking, cost control and invoices
* Gather and organize business requirements related to service improvements
* Prepare reports, dashboards and materials for service and governance meetings
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across services and providers
What we are looking for
* Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Systems, Finance or a related field
* Initial professional experience or strong interest in service management, project coordination or governance
* Basic understanding of IT service management concepts (ITIL knowledge is a plus)
* Comfort working with numbers, reports, KPIs and operational metrics
* Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
* Fluent English

Nice to have
* ITIL Foundation (or willingness to work towards certification)
* Experience with service reporting or KPI dashboards
* Exposure to vendor or contract follow‑up activities
