Position: Director of Talent & Culture H/F/X

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience, driving talent development, and ensuring compliance with best practices and local labor laws. Summary of Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Talent & Culture department and implement the hotel’s Talent & Culture strategy.
* Assess organizational needs, develop talent management solutions, and implement strategies across employee relations, compensation, benefits, recognition, administration, and employee well-being.
* Promote positive employee relations and encourage open communication, trust, and mutual respect.
* Support Department Heads and Management in addressing issues from employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.
* Manage the departmental budget effectively.
* Implement recruitment, performance evaluation, and training systems.
* Ensure compliance with group policies and local labor laws.
* Oversee audit processes, employee surveys, and related action plans.
* Conduct performance evaluations for the Talent & Culture team members.
* Prepare and analyze HR data and reports.
* Ensure adherence to safety and departmental policies.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in HR, with at least 3 in a senior role.
* HR certification is required.
* Experience in training and development.
* Knowledge of Portuguese labor laws is an asset; additional languages are a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* Reliable and highly responsible.
